Nymble aims to enter the market with a fully autonomous solution offering a diverse range of recipes tailored to individual tastes and dietary preferences.

Company Birth Story

The story of Nymble centers around a deep love for food, particularly homemade meals. Co- founders Raghav and Rahul, with strong engineering backgrounds, naturally gravitated towards creating a product that mirrors this passion. Their vision was to provide busy individuals with the comfort and convenience of homemade meals without disrupting their schedules.

Nymble was designed to offer fresh, homemade food while seamlessly fitting into users' working and personal lives. Despite initial doubts about developing a consumer cooking robot, consistent efforts and investor support from San Francisco and Bengaluru, India, made Nymble a reality.

The busy professional lives of modern parents often result in a reliance on not-so-fresh microwaveable meals. Growing up and experiencing this had a profound impact on many, including Raghav and Rahul. Cooking occasionally brought enjoyment, but the daily chore quickly turned into frustration. When they shared their experiences, they realized a shared struggle, leading to their collaboration.

Their engineering minds led to the creation of a product that could reside in kitchens and handle the cooking—this innovative thinking birthed Nymble. The goal was to ease the burden on countless women who, despite having careers, still bear the primary responsibility for family care and meal preparation. Nymble aims to give back time to these women, like their own mothers, so they can nourish and take care of themselves. Thus, the rest, as they say, will be history—or in this case, the future.

The Solution

Nymble’s mission is to make fresh home-cooked food convenient for anyone.It is the only fully autonomous robot chef capable of stovetop cooking and preparing meals from raw ingredients. Unlike partially automated equipment or baking ovens, Nymble operates with complete autonomy.

Utilizing artificial intelligence and computer vision, Nymble replicates human instinct, such as recognizing when onions caramelize and adding ingredients at the right moments. It effectively replaces a stovetop, performing all its functions.

IoT-enabled and Wi-Fi connected, Nymble accesses over 500 recipes from the cloud. Users can monitor their meals remotely through the app, saving up to 45 minutes per meal while attending to other tasks.

As of today, Nymble has been pre-ordered by over 1,500 people in the US, with deliveries set to begin in September 2024. Additionally, more than 50 users in the Bay Area have been using a private beta version of Nymble for the past 18 months, cooking an average of three meals per week with an average recipe rating of 4.6 out of 5.
