Carepatron was launched in late 2021, and like any new venture, the beginning was challenging. Bringing an idealistic vision to life is never easy, but alongside his co-founder and Carepatron CTO, David Pene, they took the leap and committed to making it happen.
One of the most significant challenges was getting started. However, once they overcame that initial hurdle, building the team and finding people who shared their passion for the vision made the journey much smoother. From there, they were able to push forward toward their goals with greater ease.
Carepatron adopted an agile development approach from Day 1. It’s not about launching an almost-perfect product; it’s about launching a platform based on a vision while prioritizing user feedback to shape it into fruition. This rapid feedback loop was crucial to its growth, allowing Carepatron to refine the platform more effectively than a prolonged pre-launch development cycle would have permitted.
